Our client is currently sourcing for a Window Engineer with proven experience in management and support of
- Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 (essential)
- Microsoft NLB and failover clustering
- Microsoft Hyper-V 2008 R2/2012
- VMware vSphere/ESX 5.x or later
- Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (essential)
- Microsoft Exchange 2010 or later (essential)
- Cloud technologies such AWS, Azure, O365 (desirable)
- Cisco UCS environments (desirable)
- Microsoft SharePoint 2010 or later (desirable)
- PowerShell scripting
- Base level networking and storage knowledge
- Demonstrated experience working in an ITIL enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated experience providing BAU support for large scale Microsoft based server infrastructure.
- Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven ability to learn quick and to prioritise tasks.
- Strong Communication skills and customer service.
- 3+ years of experience as a Windows Engineer.
- Proven ability to learn quick
- Vendor certifications
- Experience in an outsourced or Managed Services environment would be an advantage.
