VERIFICATION AND QUALITY ASSURANCE CONSULTANT
Seeking an experienced Loan verification consultant to join an exciting and successful company.
THE ROLE:
The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that all online applications have been filled in accordingly and that all requested documentation has been submitted when applying for an online loan.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring and assessing loan documents from application stage through to acceptance
- Provide a friendly, positive and supportive customer experience to loan applicants via phone, chat and/or email
- Review and verify documentation to support loan approvals for completion and 100% accuracy
- Take ownership and accountability for resolving all issues along with a positive attitude
- Ensure loan applications meet with regulatory guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous banking/finance experience will be preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding customer focus and ability to provide quality outcomes
- High level of attention to detail
- Relevant tertiary qualification is essential – Accounting/Finance and/or Quality Assurance.
