Requirements:
- Provide Testing leadership and guidance for a small team of business SMEs
- Review and revise Project Test Plans aligned to business requirements and approved Project Schedules
- Collaborate with QA Manager to coordinate test activities aligned to established test practices including the use of relevant tool sets (such as but not limited to JIRA)
- Work with business SME Test Team to develop test cases and UAT scripts based on approved test plan
- Creating test-to-requirements traceability matrix
- Manage execution of test cases by SME Team – oversee UAT-oriented System, System Integration, Workflow, Project Regression, and PVT testings for the ER Migration Project and for FS/LPO Project NB: this function will be supported by SQA Team
- In collaboration with SQA Manager, oversee the defect life cycle for SME testing and providing daily test and defect reports
- Liaise with relevant Vendors as required
- Collaborate with SQA Manager to prepare the TSR and TCR at the end of each ER Migration project and the FS/LPO Project
Experience
- Minimum 7 years\’ testing experience in a Software QA team environment
- Minimum 2 years\’ experience in a Test Lead role
- Experience with testing frameworks in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid models
- Experience with relevant and contemporary testing tool sets (i.e., JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS tool suite)
- Experience in Superannuation industry is highly desirable, or in a financial institution is preferred
