Overview

The role of Senior Consultant Engineer will provide critical thinking and a high degree of technical innovation and attention to detail while being recognised as a trusted advisor to the team and stakeholders. The characteristics include being versatile, displaying leadership qualities and enthusiasm to take on new problems across the fill SDLC, ultimately assisting in moving technology forward

Key Responsibilities

  • 5 + years of experience in application development and or operations
  • Proven experience in leading an Engineering team
  • Strong understanding of application development methodologies
  • Hands on experience with any of these languages Java, Nodejs, React.js and Devops (Jenkins, Dockers)
  • In-depth knowledge of various data storage patterns, Postgres experience is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of microservices and integration patterns
  • Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
  • Hands on experience with Apollo GraphQL
  • Hands on experience with AWS or Azure SDK
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
  • Working Knowledge of spring boot,
  • Adept at evaluating problems accurately and displaying sound judgment
  • Ability to clearly articulate design and implementation choices
  • Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools
  • Comfort with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment
  • Possess a strong grasp of automation tools
  • Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional border
