Our large consulting client is currently sourcing for a Technical Lead with
- Strong .NET Development experience (7+ years)
- To be the feedback loop between developers and architects
- Validating that development guidelines/coding standards are being upheld within their scrum team.
- Accountable for ensuring a detailed design is prepared by the scrum team.
- Assist Developers in interpreting the design. ie. Understands architecture solution, can guide the team on the detailed design
- Be the primary point of contact after cross Scrum team handovers.
- Encouraging cross Scrum team communication with all members of the Scrum Team, including extended scrum team and work closely with other Tech Leads to ensure that a uniform coding approach and knowledge is transferred between teams.
- Being available for the Scrum team. The Scrum team takes priority over meetings.
- Work with other technical leads to provide developers with a common technical ground.
- Be the hands on technical lead in complex Implementations.
- Provide training/guidance to new developers on our platforms.
- Work with the architects on key development decisions.
- Reading, understanding and further clarifying architectural documentation for the Scrum team.
- Guide Scrum team on technical analysis. Eg. Spikes.
- Support the Solution Architect in addressing the team\’s in sprint design questions.
- In Pre-grooming support the Architect and Tech BA role in Story Validation and Solution Design.
