Job Description
- Operating environment e.g. all applications, Unix ,Windows, SQL, Oracle, Websphere, Weblogic, Control-M, SCOM, MS Service Manager
- Monitor all Technology systems for system failure and performance degradation
- Respond to alerts, troubleshoot and resolve at L2 level
- Execute RunBook steps
- Perform predefined Backup, Restore and Batch type jobs
- Detection, logging tickets against events and performing diagnostic tests (L2 support)
- Support customer requests for service request, incident and change provisioning at L2 level
- Participating in daily incident and problem management meetings
