  • Solution Architect
  • 6 Months Contract with view to extend
  • Greenfields project to establish a new Customer Engagement Engine
  • Daily Rate up to $1200 (Inc. Super) per day (Negotiable for the right candidate)
  • Excellent opportunity with Tier 1 Bank in Melbourne or Sydney
  • Candidates with Marketing projects experience are preferred

Purpose

Looking for experienced solution architect to work on best in breed marketing platforms to transform colleuge and customer experience for leading Bank in Australia. Greenfields projects to establish a new customer data platform, decision engine to intelligently suggests next best conversations and perform personalisation during customer journey to enhance customer experience.

Skills required

  • Experienced Solution Architect that has worked on similar marketing projects and/or banking.
  • Experience in designing technology architectures, workflows, data flows, integration specifications, best practices and governance guidelines.
  • Proficient in designing and developing complex, high-quality enterprise solutions across on-prem, hybrid and cloud-based architectures.
  • Experience in architecture and design of marketing, advertising and data platforms such as Adobe Experience Engine, Tealium Customer Data Platform, Pega Decision Engine, Adobe Workfront etc.
  • Stay in touch with latest Marketing Automation platform technology updates, changes, community, and roadmap(s).
  • Fluent and professional communication for both technical and non-technical audiences along with the ability to work with business stakeholders to provide solutions and regular updates
  • Ability to phase delivery of solutions such that it can meet immediate needs, while building towards the long-term strategic solution.

Role Knowledge & Technical Competencies

  • 10+ years’ experience in the Technology industry.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Software Development and Design.
  • Experience and demonstration of agile practices.
  • Experience with both packaged and custom build software as well as third party vendors and partners.
  • Working collaboratively with business, project and technical teams providing technical leadership.
