- Consulting experience within the ITSM field
- Consulting experience with the ServiceNow Field Service Management application
- CreateNow, portal, service catalog experience preferred
- Practical experience with design, review and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Project implementation and leadership of technical solutions for ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required
- Practical technical experience and broad technical/industry understanding (e.g. software implementations, process, hardware, networks)
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management ITSM / Enterprise Service Management/Field Service Management and relevant technical principles in custom and complex development utilising the ServiceNow platform
- Excellent communication skills and proven experience working well in teams
- Own phone and laptop with minimum of i5 Core processor
- ServiceNow Implementation Certified
- Tertiary qualification (IT/ICT/Programming)
- JIRA, GIT experience
