Expression of interest for ServiceNow Consultants for multiple contract opportunities to work for a large global organisation in Melbourne\’s CBD.
Job Description:
The ServiceNow Consultants will work very closely with ITSM Process Architects, Business Analysts, IT Architects, IT support teams and other technical teams to ensure that business needs around implementation of ServiceNow Platform are on schedule and as required.
You must have previous commercial experience and knowledge of:
- Solid understanding of the technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNow
- Design and Architect Automation workflows using ServiceNow
- Previous experience in providing high level design and technical solutions for ServiceNow implementation
- Architect Integrations with ServiceNow using LDAP, Trusted Sources for SSO, Mid server, web-services, email and other relevant technologies
- Concrete understanding of workflow engines, prototypes etc.
