Desired Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years technology experience
- Technical leadership and excellent negotiation skills
- A desire to leave no stone unturned, measure everything from basic monitoring and alerting to business KPIs
- Use of log, performance and KPI management tools to understand the operation and value of the tool chain as a whole
- Excellent analytical skills and a proven track record solving difficult problems
- A strong passion to leverage tooling and automate in large application delivery environments – infrastructure build, testing, development processes, template creation and re-use
- Excellent communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Supporting a production service in a DevOps friendly and continuous improvement environment
Technical Knowledge required:
- AWS and cloud-native architecture
- Have one or more AWS certifications
- DevOps methodologies and CI/CD Pipelines (end to end)
- Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics,
- Jira, Confluence, GitHub, SonarQube, Jenkins, Artifactory and Xray
- ServiceNow
