As a Senior Systems Engineer – Wintel SME you will be using most advanced tools and processes to deliver services to customers in accordance with SLAs, proactively manage and maintain customer infrastructure, Initiate and drive service and process improvement, own personal development, by maintaining certifications relevant to the job & engage collaboratively with internal and external parties.

Essential Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience in an ITIL environment
- SME level of knowledge in Exchange and Office 365
- Hyper-V and vSphere/ESX
- Server 2008 / 2012, AD (GP) & ADFS
- PowerShell scripting
Essential qualifications:
- Computer Science or Information Technology Degree, or relevant Experenice
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
- MCSA – Windows Server
- MCSE – Server Infrustructure
- Virtualization Certifications, VMWare, HyperV
- Specialization Certifcations, Microsoft messaging, Lync, Sharepoint
- CCP-V (Citrix Certified Professional for Virtualization
- CCP-N (Citrix Certified Professional for Networking) or a CCP-M (Citrix Certified Professional for Mobility)
Desirable:
- Development Qualifications, understanding of Full Software Development Lifecycle and version control.
