Role:
- Lead technical problem diagnosis and use technical expertise to develop options and solutions to specific problems
- Maintain complex security technology systems and minimise risk
- Perform technology system planning, implementation, upgrade, maintenance and decommissioning activities related to technology system lifecycle
- Contribute, raise and provide guidance for accurate and compliant change records
- Contribute to project related activities and meetings to support delivery of project objectives
- Use technical expertise to develop options and solutions
- Provide coaching and guidance to technical specialists to support their development
Experience:
- Deep technical knowledge and experience with the IBM Tivoli Identity Manager product and its use in the identity lifecycle management processes of a large corporate environment
- Extensive knowledge and experience of identity and access management processes and technologies
- Deep technical knowledge and experience with the IBM Tivoli Access Manager for e-Business product suite particularly WebSEAL in a large corporate environment. Extensive experience integrating applications with WebSEAL for single signon, authentication and authorisation.
- Extensive practical knowledge of LDAP. Knowledge of CA-Directory an advantage.
- Sound analysis and technical design skills
- Deep problem analysis and diagnostic skills
- Extensive Perl programming skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to mentor more junior staff
- Ability to provide technical and thought leadership in the identity and access management space
