Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accountability for the delivery of functionality within client.
- Working with Architecture and other engineering teams to improve tooling.
- Being an advocate for client to guide other engineers and engineering teams.
- Mentoring junior engineers to help them reach the next level.
- Working/Coaching with Agile software development team.
- Ability to think outside the box and apply previous experience to dynamic situations.
- Strong, existing experience in leading technical teams.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Strong commercial experience in React, Type script and Javascript,
- Frameworks – React JS.
- Redux, Apollo and Axio
- Testing frameworks – Jest/Enzyme and Cypress.
- Strong ES6/Typescript.
- Strong Web architectural patterns.
- Experience with GraphQL as a provider and consumer.
- Experience with AWS or Azure – client can provide free certification.
- Experience with Docker.
- Continuous Integration/Deployment Practices – Jenkins/Ansible/terraform.
