My Client is a rapidly growing provider of financial products and services that are utilised globally. Dealing in mortgage lending and wealth management system, they are now on an immediate hunt for a Senior Project Manager in their Melbourne office.
Responsibilities:
- Project manage/lead the development of a new product from conception through to design, prototyping and implementing (end to end).
- Project manage other small projects within the company in parallel as and when necessary
- Interact with all key areas, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, sales, finance and other internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and resolve risk situations
- Manage the reporting and governance of the project from start to finish.
Experience:
- Prior experience in Project Management within the finance/mortgage processing
- Experience in managing complex software implementations and customisations that involve business engagement
- Previous experience in a development environment where you have tracked and reported on financials, developed and managed project schedules, maintained a risk log, health checks etc
- Stakeholder management skills- Internal and External (Financial Institutes).
- Previous experience in matrix service delivery structures
- Experience in agile methodologies
- Proven leadership and time management skills.
- Managed Project budgets of $5M+
