  • Senior Process Analyst
  • 12 Months Contract opportunity (with a view to extension) with Tier 1 Bank
  • Location: Sydney, NSW
  • Hybrid Model
  • Rate on offer up to $1000 per day (Incl super)
  • Extensive experience in business analysis and operational process design.
  • Experience in process mapping in Visio/Signavio, stakeholder management working within the Financial Services industry.

Working within the High Net Worth (HNW) Domain, as a senior process analyst, you will be working across multiple squads managing the process changes to deliver business outcomes.


  • Lead end to end operational process design, update, or reengineer in line with the target state customer experience and Private Wealth Service offering.
  • Facilitate process mapping workshops – As-Is / To-Be
  • Model all processes to BPMN standards within Signavio and gain business sign-off.
  • Define and document any non-straight through processing exceptions along with the best process for the operational teams to handle them.
  • Define the estimated FTE impact on operational teams where required.
  • Work with wide range of stakeholders, including operational teams, technical business analysts, SME’s, legal and compliance among others to ensure any process changes, re-engineering or design best meet the business and customer outcome.
  • Work with the divisional risk team to ensure all processes have been linked to the required obligations and controls.
  • To succeed in this role, you must have an unwavering drive, motivation, and resilience to succeed in fast paced and at times ambiguous / agile environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Quickly understand the As-Is operational processes; the impacts based on tech or compliance changes; and work across multiple teams to define the future-state process.
  • Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Multi-task across multiple projects across different sub-domains
  • Work autonomously with minimal direction/handholding
  • Strong facilitation skills to run workshops.
  • Be a highly collaborative team player.

Required experience.

  • Extensive experience in business analysis and operational process design
  • Experience in process mapping in Visio or Signavio
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of stakeholders including executives.
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Broking and/or Wealth Management business knowledge
  • Experience working within the Financial Services industry.


  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • A Business/Finance tertiary qualification
