Lead/ Senior .Net Full Stack Developer
This role basically entails a very strong.net developer with the right personal attributes and with the intention to further develop during the job. The successful candidate will join our existing team working on a project that looks at an innovation way to providing health services in a digital platform.
To be successful you should have the following-
- 8+ years of experience in software development with extensive experience working enterprise environment.
- Both a strong technical developer and leader which the ability to work closely with the business to drive and suggest the right business outcomes and solutions and provide right technical guidance and recommendations.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders at different levels and able to influence, convince and facilitates to achieve right business outcomes.
- Knowledge and experience in doing solution design and detailed technical documentation.
- Flexible in working in different environments – independently, in a team and when necessary lead a team.
- Prove experience in working in agile environment using SCRUM and HCD methodologies.

- 8+ years of experience in software development with extensive experience working enterprise environment.
- Strong technical leadership – can take initiatives and provide right advices and facilitates.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a complex and diverse teams and external multi-vendors environment. Able to review vendor code and make sure align to standards.
- Ability to influence and convince different stakeholders and confident in delivering outcomes.
- When necessary ability to lead a team of developers.
- Knowledge and experience in doing solution design and detailed technical documentation.
- Prove experience in working in diverse SDLC such as waterfall and agile environment using SCRUM methodologies.
