- BI Developer with good experience in RDBMS,Transact-SQL,ETL
Our client is currently sourcing for a Microsoft BI Developer with
- Advanced knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
- Advanced knowledge of Transact-SQL including views and stored procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of data warehousing principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of data analysis and modelling techniques, including Third Normal Form (3NF) and Dimensional Modelling.
- Knowledge of data transformation techniques (ETL).
- Knowledge of Online Transactional Processing (OLTP) and Online Analytical Processing (OLAP).
- Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle.
Along with above technical skills, candidates must have
- Proven experience in database, data warehouse, data mart and their respective security design, development and deployment using Microsoft SQL Server and BI technologies.
- Ability to translate information policy, procedures and standards into a working DW/BI solution.
- A history of generating effective solutions with minimal supervision and assistance.
- Proven experience in defining and implementing information architectures and systems, ideally in the finance domain.
- Proven experience using data profiling, data quality and ETL tools.
- Proven experience with relational data structures, theories, principles and practices.
