My client, a large financial organisation in Melbourne CBD is seeking a Senior Configuration Analyst to join their technology department to be their SME for HP\’s uCMDB product. The position will suit a Senior Configuration Analyst to be the Subject Matter Expert for HP\’s uCMDB product.
To be successful within this role you will have previous configuration management and product administration experience. As a key part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring there is a continuous focus on the improvement of the configuration management space.
To be shortlisted for this role you will have the following skill/experience:
- Concrete commercial experience in the administration of the HP uCMDB product
- Prior experience in applying detailed technical knowledge to analyse and resolve issues
- Configuration management experience in a corporate environment
- Strong customer and service focus
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Strong investigative and analytical mindset
