Role Overview

Operating under the leadership of the Sales Manager overseeing existing business, this role entails:

  • Playing a pivotal role in providing assistance to both the Business Development team and broader departments to ensure the prompt servicing of all clients and the swift realization of opportunities.
  • Facilitating the sale of premium experiences to corporate clients, including dining experiences, etc. Each individual leading as a Business Development lead will carry the responsibility of a $14 million pipeline.
  • Collaborating with the Business Development Team to cultivate fresh business prospects within the hospitality sector, considering both geographical regions and specific industry segments.
  • Crafting and presenting sales proposals for prospective clients as well as those in the existing clientele.
  • Overseeing the communication strategy for renewing Premium Experience clients, ensuring their continued engagement and satisfaction.
  • Nurturing and sustaining robust, reliable relationships with newly acquired networks as well as the existing client base.

Your contributions to the role encompass:

  • Demonstrated Sales Experience (minimum of 2 years), preferably involving corporate hospitality in the context of sports and entertainment events.
  • Extensive background in crafting and preparing presentations, briefs, and proposals targeted at corporate clients with a focus on high-value investments.
  • A comprehensive comprehension of sponsorship sales and customer-centric solutions specifically within the realm of sports rights holders is highly beneficial.
  • Proven capability in meeting deadlines and exhibiting keen attention to detail, which includes adept administration skills and effective systems management (vital skills).
  • Requirement to possess (or a willingness to acquire) a valid Police Check and a Working with Children Check.
