- Daily rate: $800 – $1000 (Inc. Super)
Project Overview:
To support Client’s Group Wide Distribution and Bank for Investor strategies, by building out the following distribution and investor capabilities.
- Delivery of an Investor Data Master.
- Deployment of a Marketing & Origination Platform (Delio), including bookbuild.
- Deployment of an Asset Manager (‘feeder fund’) and Investor Manager capability.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, including taking initiative, providing regular updates on your work, seeking, and providing support as required
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with technical and business stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders and users in the provision of advice and guiding decision-making
- Technical knowledge of programming, system design, IT infrastructure and database concepts.
Core Responsibilities:
- Work with business users to elicit and define requirements, and translate them into functional or data requirements, and contribute to the management of client expectations
- Analysis and specification of requirements that are uniquely traceable, verifiable, and prioritised in a manner that is acceptable to both business and technology stakeholders
- Effective use of data and process modelling tools (including, but not limited to, process mapping, business, object, and dataflow modelling) to analyse and represent information in an effective form, to translate business requirements into meaningful statements of work
- Conduct data analysis, documentation & requirements gathering workshops with key stakeholders
- Validate business data objects for accuracy and completeness
- Work with DBAs to ensure that target data sets are aligned to target processes
- Provide input to establishing, managing, and reporting project management activities to ensure management awareness of activities, issues, and outcomes
- Act as an interface between Business and technology to ensure that needs are met
- Prepare and/or oversee the preparation of structured user acceptance testing processes and documentation, to ensure the delivery of business requirements
- Assist with coordination of User Acceptance testing (UAT)
- Ensure that all relevant Business Analysis documentation is up to date
- Ensure JIRA, Confluence is managed and up to date as per company guidelines
- Liaise with Business Unit Managers to offer advice and direction regarding requirements, and resolution of issues and conflicts.
- Lead the support of the implementation of new systems through training and documentation and ensure that business processes are not adversely impacted by the implementation of a software system
Experience
- Business analysis experience essential, preferably in Corporate or Institutional Banking.
- Experience in requirement elicitation, gathering, documentation and management
- Experience in data analysis with a solid understanding of database concepts, documenting business data and technical data requirements.
- Experience with CRM systems, finance & banking systems
