About the Role
- Define business and functional requirements
- Strong client facing skills & pre-sales experience
- Demonstrable experience in Project Management and Business Analysis
- Responsible for documenting solutions
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal.
- Develop & accurately document business process models and documentation that meet client business requirements
- Deliver internal process improvements through the development of document templates
- Experience in Testing phases (UAT, Regression)
- Facilitation of workshops to clarify and document reporting requirements
You will have at least 5 years\’ experience in a similar Senior BA role with an emphasis on requirements gathering, documentation, process improvement, testing, functional specification and stakeholder management. At least part of your experience will have been gained in the financial industry, and it will be complemented by formal qualifications in a relevant discipline such as Business or IT.
