- Location: Melbourne CBD (Hybrid Model, 2 – 3 days in office)

- You will work with the business to analyse business requirements and produce documents and approved specifications for any new or change to technology applications andor business process
- Must have experience in the following
- AEM or similar content management systems
- Adobe Test and Target, Adobe Analytics, or other relevant Content Management Solutions.
- Both backend and front-end UI development experience
- Have worked with Creative Design, Accessibility, Analytics and Quality Engineer teams.
About the role:
- Supports the business / product owner in translating customer insights into User Stories, which teams can then implement in short Sprints. Collaborates with key stakeholders to complete required artefacts, and build alignment across the team.
- Supports Developers, Analysts and Quality Engineers in understanding the product needs, so they can deliver on their commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for capturing and grooming requirements into epics, features, user stories and dependencies in collaboration with the squads that aligns with business requirements.
- Perform analysis (Scenario, policy, customer, data, gap, change, etc) in order to articulate business need and solution requirements.
- Develop process models, data models, business rules, target operating models, workflows, reporting and other required outputs.
- Ensure the delivery and development teams understand the value of each user story that is being delivered at the right time.
- Works with the product owner to understand, elicit, analyse, document and communicate business requirements and articulate product vision with a strong focus on value delivery.
- Assisting the product owner to define and own the value definition of stories, including facilitating and influencing the prioritisation of the backlog.
- Expert in translating end user customer insights into epics and stories complete with acceptance criteria, which can easily be understood by the development team and traceable.
- Analyse the impact of proposed solutions holistically in order to produce business impact assessments.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues, problem solving and analysis.
- Extensive experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with HCD techniques.
- Ability to communicate a product vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals for individual sprints.
- Comfortable playing a leadership role, including leading workshops in a cross functions business and IT team through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of change.
- Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making.
- Experience working in Digital Content space.
- Experience working with relevant Adobe solutions such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, Test and Target, Analytics, Content Fragments, Components or other relevant Content Management Solutions.
- Experience in working with both backend (AEM) and front-end UI development teams in parallel as well as with Creative Design, Accessibility, Analytics and Quality Engineer teams.
- Ability to lead team and stakeholder meetings to clearly articulate the solution being developed.
- Understanding of Financial products like selector tools and calculators.
