- Senior Business Analyst – Data compliance
- 12-month contract position, with the possibility of extension, to work remotely for a Large Utility Company.
- This position requires the candidate to be located within Australia.
- The daily rate for this position is $950 including Superannuation.

About the role
- The position involves overseeing the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) program to ensure compliance with established standards and prevent any incidents similar to the Optus situation.
- The Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for documenting, gathering, and managing requirements, ensuring traceability and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- The BA will then develop and implement processes around DLP.
Skills / Experience
- Extensive experience in a similar role within the Energy/Electrical or Utilities Industry
- Extensive experience in analysing business and operational data and preparation of reports
- Demonstrated preparation of detailed reports and presentations to senior management
- Demonstrated experience in application and use of reporting and business intelligence tools with expert knowledge and application in the use of Microsoft products/programs.
- Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of reporting and analysis frameworks and the ability to interpret and implement requirements for senior managers and critical stakeholders.
- Experience in successfully managing broad and competing responsibilities and complex issues at management level.
