We are currently sourcing for a Aenior Analyst Programmer to join in our clients production support team
- Overall 8+years of IT experience
- Strong development experience in REST calls, JSON and angular JS along with JAVA, SQL is a MUST
- Good understanding of Websphere applications, Sharepoint and UNIX
- Strong undrstanding of production support environment is mandatory
- Solid understanding ITIL .Certification V3 is Nice to have
- Have a strong understanding of: Network topology such as firewalls etc and Technology associated to web, database and application servers
- Experience with Helpdesk operations, ITIL related frameworks; particularly incident management as well as root cause analysis.
