Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Driving a Performance Engineering approach across the SDLC and contribute to platform integration and better system performance outcomes through analysis and testing
- Implementing & monitoring quality metrics including trend analysis of discrepancies and defects
- Validating NFRs and developing performance automation scripts to validate the NFRs criteria contained in user stories
- Proactively managing risk; meeting all policy and compliance requirements; performing controls; adhering to Process and Procedures pertinent to role and escalate events, issues, or breaches as they are identified
- Implementing fit for purpose Performance Engineering frameworks and self-service capabilities to enable engineering teams to continuously test platform components throughout the development lifecycle
Your Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in Performance testing tools such as JMeter, HP Performance Centre, and Gatling
- Experience in Performance Analysis and tuning web-based applications at scale.
- Experience in Application and Infrastructure Performance Monitoring and Analytics Tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk.
- Background in Software development, programming, or scripting languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, Shell).
- Experience with Linux systems (Debian, Ubuntu and RHEL), standard UNIX utilities, and Git source control.
- Experience with AWS or Azure – Certifications is a plus
