In this role
- Troubleshoot SCCM in a highly customised environment with the focus on application packaging after SOE 7 to 10 upgrade.
- Act as highest escalation point for end users.
- Documentation is to be completed to a very high standard.
Skills Required
- Extensive experience with SCCM.
- Ability to troubleshoot application deployment.
- Must be able to work in a high pressure environment providing post roll put support.
- Must be able to deliver quality documentation.
- Good communication is essential.
