- Salary up to $165,000 base per annum + Bonus
Experience:
- A Degree or Masters in Project Management, IT, HR or similar
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years SuccessFactors or Cloud Software experience
- Strong experience and knowledge of SAP Cloud/SaaS software or similar.
- Experience leading delivery and team management
- A strong knowledge of the HR sector
- Proven ability to plan and deliver objectives, and influence others
- Defining the project scope and objectives
- Identifying and managing the project risks
- Creating the project schedule and milestones
- Assigning and managing project tasks and resources
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress
- Managing project changes and issues
- Ensuring the project is delivered within the agreed budget and schedule
