- SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant
- Permanent opportunity
- Salary up to $165,000 base per annum + Bonus
- SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certified/Recruiting and Onboarding certified.
Experience:
- Design, implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting and Onboarding.
- Assess customer business requirements and prepare a functional specification document
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors ECP, Recruiting and Onboarding
- Prepare test cases and participate in testing cycles
- Deployment planning and coordination
- Assist end-users with UAT
- Provide training to end-users
- Support the business during the go-live
- Provide on-going support to the SAP SuccessFactors modules post go-live
- Assist the project manager with project deliverables and tasks
- Mentor and provide support to team members
- Liaise with SAP SuccessFactors support and Product Management teams as required
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors documentation
- Assist the SAP SuccessFactors Product Manager with the creation and maintenance
- Must have one of the following certifications: SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting and Onboarding
