- Minimum 10 years working experience with at least 5 years Project Manager experience in large scale specifically SAP projects
- Telecomunication domain experience ia a MUST
- Vendor,Financial,Time and stakeholder management
- Thorough understanding of the complete project management lifecycle and solution design
- Excellent interpersonal skills, in dealing with staff and various multi-discipline groups and teams
- Must be decisive, action oriented, results focused and able to work independently and manage concurrent projects
- Show an ability to win the trust and respect of individuals and the group
- Possess the ability to exercise independent and effective judgment
- Ability to adapt ideas and behaviours when faced with conflicting or new information
