Experience and skills:
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in SAP CRM systems.
- Extensive experience in SAP CRM upgrade / patching experience
- Exposure in SUM tool in BASIS.
- SAP IPC (Internet Pricing & Configurator) experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
