The project:
Client is running a year long remediation project for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. It sends communications to 36 brands and business units across the business. The project consists of complex migration from one instance of Marketing Cloud to another one with major clean-up tasks along the way.
Key skills and capabilities:
- In depth knowledge of key Marketing Cloud components, specifically data configuration, automations, journeys, cloud pages and CRM connections.
- Knowledge of integrations for customer data
- Languages: HTML, Java Script to cloud pages, and APIs (SOAP & REST)
Nice to have experience:
- Previous change management experience
- Previous experience working on migration projects
