Key responsibilities:
- Delivery and integration planning of new solutions across Sub-Domains
- Facilitate release execution and planning events, including but not limited to progressive elaboration of breaking down large units of work into epics and features
- Provide support for financial management of business outcomes and epics within remit
- Ensure capacity plans are up to date in Rally, maintain the hygiene around the backlogs and manage the Business Outcome financials
- Drive uplift of capability and operating model to improve delivery velocity
- Be the engagement point into the Sub Domain and having the ability to manage multiple requests and be able to represent the Service Teams
- Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Agile practices and mindsets and promote a collaborative team environment
- Manage dependencies across squads and remove roadblocks to drive outcomes with product owners and business stakeholders
Experience:
- Proven experience with the ownership of Sub-Domain delivery roadmaps
- Experience with Lean and Agile frameworks
- Web/Mobile application build and delivery experience
- Experience developing/designing RESTful APIs and Microservices
- Experience in managing dependencies across multiple service teams
- Release management including operational readiness
- Demonstrated experience with agile software development life cycles and process
- Stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, analytics, and business process-based solutions
- Experience working in DevOps environment
- Experience with Apple and Google engagements a bonus
