Adaps are currently on the hunt for an end to end (360) Recruitment Consultant.

About the Role

- Develop new accounts whilst maintaining and consolidating existing ones
- Consult, advise and deliver effective recruitment solutions
- Work autonomously and collaboratively with other consultants and management to further develop and consolidate their own market/desk
- With sustained support and guidance, meet agreed budgets and goals.
About you
- Experienced in 360 (End to end) Recruitment (highly advantageous) and/or experience within a professional services or sales position – you build and develop your own business
- An entrepreneurial flair
- Proven track record of success and results
- Tertiary qualified, preferably in IT.
