Upgrade of Network Billing and CIS platforms.

- 3 month contract – Port Macquarie
- $640.00 per day – Utilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business requirements
- Workshop logistics and outputs
- Collation of information and documentation
- Feedback and approval cycles for all documentation
- Process re-engineering and documentation
- Reporting assessment, analysis and consolidation
- BAU process/procedure documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional Analytical skills
- Demonstrated competence in business and/or technical writing
- Exceptional process re-engineering skills
- Working knowledge of CIS/CRM applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously or in a team environment
- Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or suitable experience in business analysis
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
