Essential Skills:
- Strong Leadership skills, good communication and organisation skills
- Co-ordinate team and incident resolution/management.
- Work closely with onsite team and able to initiate improvement
- Manage inbound or outbound workloads
- Ensure that all individuals in the team and the team itself consistently meet /exceed targets and performance measures
- excellent stakeholder management skills
- improve and maintain quality and accuracy
- deal with customer/internal escalation quickly and efficiently
- coach, motivate and review individual\’s and team\’s performance in order to meet targets
- end to end knowledge on problem management, change management, incident management framework
- well versed with Remedy tools for ITIL processes
- well versed with R12.1.3
- build close working relationships with Team Members and customer
- Experience of managing people
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work under their own initiative as well as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members
Required Experience
- Bachelor\’s/Master\’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience
- 8 or more years of leadership experience including project/program management experience
- Proven ability to lead large, complex, full-lifecycle enterprise Oracle ERP software
- Telecom industry expertise across one or more process domains ideally in Operations
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak to technical-level staff all the way up to summarizing communications for executive consumption
- Self-motivated and a problem solver
- Technical knowledge about the Infrastructure and backend systems
Preferred qualifications
- ITIL V3 certified
- PMP certified
Technical Experience
- Strong knowledge on R12.1.3
- Strong knowledge on integrating R12 with external systems within telecom domain
