Oracle E-business Suite Operations Manager

Hiring type – Contract

Duration- 6 Months

Location- Sydney

Essential Skills:

Strong Leadership skills, good communication and organisation skills
Co-ordinate team and incident resolution/management.
Work closely with onsite team and able to initiate improvement
Manage inbound or outbound workloads
Ensure that all individuals in the team and the team itself consistently meet /exceed targets and performance measures
excellent stakeholder management skills
improve and maintain quality and accuracy
deal with customer/internal escalation quickly and efficiently
coach, motivate and review individual\’s and team\’s performance in order to meet targets
end to end knowledge on problem management, change management, incident management framework
well versed with Remedy tools for ITIL processes
well versed with R12.1.3
build close working relationships with Team Members and customer
Experience of managing people
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work under their own initiative as well as part of a team
Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members

Required Experience

Bachelor\’s/Master\’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience
8 or more years of leadership experience including project/program management experience
Proven ability to lead large, complex, full-lifecycle enterprise Oracle ERP software
Telecom industry expertise across one or more process domains ideally in Operations
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak to technical-level staff all the way up to summarizing communications for executive consumption
Self-motivated and a problem solver
Technical knowledge about the Infrastructure and backend systems

Preferred qualifications

ITIL V3 certified
PMP certified

Technical Experience

Strong knowledge on R12.1.3
Strong knowledge on integrating R12 with external systems within telecom domain
