NetCracker Support Engineer – Sydney location
* 3-5 year experience in Netcracker product suite
* Tier 1 and Tier 2 Production support work
Netcracker experience in the Service fulfilment stack with solid understanding of the below modules:
- Service Order Management
- Service Inventory
- Service Activation
- Resource Inventory
- Discovery & Reconciliation
Role, Skills & Experience:
* Must be hands on to perform Tier 1 and Tier 2 Production support work
* Should be able to perform Root Cause Analysis of the issues find in Production Environment
* Must be able to communicate with the vendor and ensure that the right fixes are applied
* Should help in release management of these defects
* Telecom domain knowledge would be highly desirable.
* Willing to work in shifts and be available on-call support when required
