Our large consulting client is currently sourcing for multiple testing roles.
Location : Sydney
Type: Permanent Position
Test Lead – UAT/BRT
- An IT or related tertiary qualification and at least 7 to 10 years\’ experience in testing
- Which should include at least 2 years\’ experience in a Test lead role. Telecom domain knowledge is nice to have.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or in a team environment and Lead multifunctional testing projects in a fast paced environment.
- 2 Years of proven experience in User Acceptance testing and Business Readiness Testing (Live/Production testing). – at least 2 years
- Proven experience in testing Telecom work processes (Level processes)
- Effective leadership skills for large and multiple project testing efforts.
- Experience of conducting workshops with Business and understanding Testing Business requirements and be able to document test approach
- Experience in handling teams in multiple locations. Experience leading of at least 10 associates
- Expert understanding of test processes and test lifecycle
- Development of test plans, test cases multiple functional areas across multiple system domains and test scripts
- Validating test results through the UI and through the analysis of various system/ application error logs as well as database queries.
- Working with a variety of defect tracking tools (e.g. ALM, JIRA).
- Experience of working in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Test Analyst – UAT/BRT
- An IT or related tertiary qualification and at least 5 to 7 years\’ experience in testing
- Which should include at least 2 years\’ experience in a test lead role . Telecom domain knowledge is nice to have
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or in a team environment and Lead multifunctional testing projects in a fast paced environment.
- Proven experience in User Acceptance testing and Business Readiness Testing (Live/Production testing). – at least 2 years
- Proven experience in testing Telecom work processes (Level processes)
- Able to work independently without much guidance.
- Experience of conducting workshops with Business and understanding Testing Business requirements and be able to document test approach
- Knowledge of quality improvement, quality process, quality assurance methodologies and best practices
- Has understanding of test processes and test lifecycle
- Development of test plans, test cases multiple functional areas across multiple system domains and test scripts
- Validating test results through the UI and through the analysis of various system/ application error logs as well as database queries.
- Working with a variety of defect tracking tools (e.g. ALM,JIRA).
- Experience of working in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
