Technical skills Required – SQL server, SSIS, SSRS, OLAP, MS Excel, ETL

Good to have:-

• Excellent in communication
• Knowledge of Capital Markets is desired

  Roles & Responsibilities –
  Incident Resolution
  Incident resolution for complex incidents (e.g. file not moving due to an issue with code logic, failure of critical jobs like archiving/ purging, incidents which involve specific data check for analysis, duplicate files received from upstream, failure notifications requiring product expertize, etc.). Incident summary document creation for major incidents
  Problem Management
  Creation of problem record
  Analysis of the problem
  Coordination with problem manager and product vendor support (if required)
  Resolution of the problem

  Request management
  Requests for data validation, data loading, critical file requests from downstream users

  Change Management
  Change request creation, update, coordination for approval

  Code implementation
  UAT and PROD implementation

  Ad-hoc activities
  Analysis for outage/ patching/ DST change notifications
  Analysis for notifications from the market data providers
  Database refresh planning and execution
  User queries of complex nature

  Development
  Impact Analysis, design document update, effort estimation
  Test plan and data creation
  Coding and Unit Testing, code review
  Test results creation
  Code packaging/ building and implementation
  System Integration Testing
  Assistance to business user in UAT

  Service Improvement
  Identify, plan and implement areas for service improvement
  Support tickets categorization and analysis
