Job description
Key contact and subject matter expert within IT of the Records Management solution comprising of Kofax, DMS and RMS applications.
Required skills:
* Pro-active and pre-emptive identification of potential issues and risks, managing subsequent solutions to resolve and avoid identified issues with the Records Management solution.
* Problem solving complex issues within the Records Management solution with effective research and cross team collaboration.
* Support of Records Management solution used by the Property business.
* Support of the Records Management business processes that are supported by the solution including enhancements to the processes.
* Knowledge transfer of Records Management to other Application Support Team members to increase support capability and reduce single point sensitivity.
* Documentation of current Records Management solution and support processes to assist with the knowledge transfer.
* Documentation of current Records Management business process to assist with the knowledge transfer.
* Assist with the ongoing transition of DMS and RMS into the SAIG Property Development Team.
* Analysis and requirements definition of enhancements to the Records Management solution in collaboration with the vendor.
* Design of enhancements to the Records Management solution in collaboration with the vendor.
* Development of enhancements to the Records Management solution in collaboration with the vendor.
* Testing of enhancements to the Records Management solution in collaboration with the vendor.
* Assist Application Support Manager with vendor management of Galaxy9 and Computron
