Reporting to an Engineering Manager, the Analyst Engineer role is a key enabler in an Agile software development squad. There is potential for the role to be either focused on backend or frontend technologies, with full-stack development experience being a significant plus. The role lives and breathes delivering high level code and contributing to a high-performing Agile team.
Skillset:
- For Backend: Experience in developing large-scale software solutions using technologies such as Java (desirable), C#, and Node.js.
- For Frontend Experience with modern JavaScript frontend frameworks, tooling, and technologies like React (desirable), Angular or other similar frameworks.
- An Agile mindset with the ability to continually deliver customer value.
- A passion for software engineering that builds in quality and automation from day one.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud providers like AWS or Azure.
- Demonstrated experience with modern DevOps practices, Continuous Integration and Delivery.
- Effective communication skills which allow you to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver complex projects across multiple domains.
- An ability and desire to learn new technologies as required.
