Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in IM for $500K+ Technology/Data Projects
- Proven experience of one or more Agile frameworks as acquired through practical experience in large and complex IT projects
- Experience as an Iteration Manager running multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience in applying project methodology and supporting Project Manager and the team/s in identifying and managing risks and issues (blockers).
- Experience in using Jira and Confluence
Skillset and Experience Required:
- Experience as an Iteration Manager running multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, critical thinking skills, facilitation, consultative and communication skills with proven ability to influence outcomes.
- Highly developed in verbal communication with the ability to deal with people at all levels of an organisation including liaising with a wide range of diverse IT & business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, requirements and work breakdown analysis, and user story development.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating team planning and retro sessions as well as other Agile ceremony.
- Demonstrated experience in agile methodologies in alignment with IT project life cycle and the ability to bring \’fresh\’ ideas to the team/s.
- Provision of IM reports and contribution to Suncorp/CDTO IM communities as required.
Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry certifications.
