We can supply IT consultants on a time and resource basis nationally across Infrastructure, Application Development, Business Analysis, Project Management and more through our core divisions and Service Partnerships.
We have an excellent opportunity for an IT Recruitment / Resource Consultant. Our business is growing at a rate of knots and we want the optimum team to deliver on these great achievements. With a strong sales team already in place and growing we are looking to bolster our resourcing and delivery capability with another resource consultant. This role is 100% delivery.
Role:
- Sourcing and screening IT capability in the active and passive marketplace through databases, online networks, forums, etc.
- Qualify capability against role briefs
- Determining suitability for interview and performing interview screening
- Conducting telephone, Skype, Video Conference and face to face interviews
- Maintaining candidate workflow in the recruitment database
- Performing reference checks
- Managing current and past contractor base through regular communication and updating information
- Creating and posting job advertisements on external job boards such as Seek.com.au
- Maintaining database integrity
- Administration and database search using Bullhorn(Online Tool)
Ideally you will have 1-3 years of experience recruiting in IT agency environment.
Traditional recruitment is on the decline. We have an opportunity for you to develop your skills further in a growth marketplace within a genuine specialist market leader.
