Responsibilities:
- Gathering the Business requirements,workshop logistics and outputs
- Collation of information and documentation
- Feedback and approval cycles for all documentation
- Process re-engineering and documentation
- Reporting assessment, analysis and consolidation
- BAU process/procedure documentation
To be suitable candidate MUST have
- Exceptional analytical skills (essential)
- Demonstrated competence in business, process and/or technical writing (essential)
- Exceptional process documentation and re-engineering skills
- Knowledge of the Utilities Industry (desirable)
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Very strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- Proven ability to think and act in an innovative and strategic manner
- Ability to work autonomously or in a team environment
- Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service
- Good organisational skills
- Adaptable and able to change focus on short notice
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
Desirable Skills :
- Financial data, related operational and regulatory reporting
- Migration of reporting tools
- Mobile Applications (especially for in-field tasks)
- Development of customer service portals
- Business application upgrades (especially moving to cloud based)
- Windows 10 implementation (at a corporate level)
