An exciting opportunity exists for experienced Infrastructure Consultant to join a dynamic team on their large program of work. This is a very exciting opportunity to be part of a team supporting the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Program, which is focussed on delivering metering technology and infrastructure.
You as a passionate Infrastructure Consultant will have experience in:
- Working with the Infrastructure PM to plan project delivery, time scheduling and resources
- Technical delivery of the projects on time and to a high quality standard
- Technical solution design, Technical writing
- Documentation of and assistance in the delivery of the deployment readiness criteria for each program release, the deployment change process, communication plan, pre-deployment activities, deployment risks and issues, cutover and the deployment contingency components of the project
- Facilitate process walkthrough and deployment toolkit workshops and meetings
- Manage competing business and stakeholder demands and liaise with all levels of management to deliver successful deployment outcomes within program delivery deadlines
You will have the following skills:
- Significant experience as a Infrastructure Consultant on medium to large programs of work with strong commercial exposure on the Silver Springs Network (SSN)
- Experience in Smart Meter Solutions in the Australian electricity market or specifically within an AMI program and an understanding of the meter to billing process
- Proven experience in the engagement and management of multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities
- Highly developed communication skills, including presentation skills and report writing targeting all levels of management
- Proven ability to manage workload across multiple activities and report on these activities
