Our client, a web based business, is looking to hire an experienced full stack JavaScript Developer to help drive the technical side of an exciting new project. The project has been planned and is being prototyped with full stack JavaScript in mind. You will work in conjunction with a like-minded innovative team in a casual environment and report directly to project founders.
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your knowledge in technologies such as AWS, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AngularJS, whilst putting your own stamp on the project with new ideas and flavours. You must be able to clearly articulate your thoughts and ideas, be innovative and driven to create simple, elegant code. Additionally, you will be able to provide advice and expertise on the technical road map and ensure that all aspects of the product shipped to production are of the highest quality.
Must be a highly motivated and passionate about continuous learning with potential for a future share in the business.
Skills and Responsibilities
- 3 – 5 years\’ experience with excellent all-round skills across JavaScript, Node.js, AngularJS, SQL
- Passion to code to best practices and standards
- Ability to help plan and manage a program roadmap and future features
- Obsessive about testing and quality assurance
- Knowledge of server infrastructure/ AWS web services
- Management of Git repositories and workflow, quality checks, deployments to staging & live environments
