Role: Oracle eBusiness and Fusion – FMW Technical Framework and Assurance Specialist
Security Clearance: Baseline / AU Citizen
Services/work required – FMW Technical Framework and Assurance Specialist:
* Provide assurance and verification across the entirety of scoping/analysis, design, build and test Middleware Services using Oracle Fusion Middleware Product sets. This includes identifying, mitigation and escalating technical risks and issues as relating to the FMW technology stack and individual technical projects where FMW is used;
* Troubleshoot and Resolve complex production issues;
* Demonstrate expert proficiency in Web Service modelling including the preparing of Service Contract and Interface Mapping documents for Web Services;
* Suitably experienced in preparing Unit Test cases for Web Services;
* Undertake and provide assurance on effort estimates for FMW work to be undertaken across Aged Care initiatives;
* Provide advice and support around the selection and assignment of technical staff for work undertaken;
* Provide advice around and practically develop design and architecture type artefacts as required by the Executive;
* Possess experience with XQuery, XSLT, FMW products (SOA Suite – OSB, BPEL, OWSM; OAG; Oracle Coherence; Oracle Weblogic Server, Oracle SAP JCA Adapter, ADF, ESS and Oracle Enterprise Repository (OER) / API Manager; and
* Operate within known technical delivery methodologies including agile, waterfall, Dev Ops etc. pertaining to technology projects with exposure to a breadth of technologies in addition to FMW e.g. .Net/Siebel/OPA.
Selection criteria
Applicants should provide a brief (1 to 2 page) statement that summarises their experience and suitability for the role with respect to the following criteria.
Mandate Skills:
a) Demonstrate recent applied ability and experience (10+ years) to undertake assurance and verification across the entirety of scoping/analysis, design, build and test Middleware Services using Oracle Fusion Middleware Product sets. This includes identifying, mitigation and escalating technical risks and issues as relating to the FMW technology stack and individual technical projects where FMW is used;
b) Demonstrate recent applied ability to undertake and provide assurance on effort estimates for FMW work to be undertaken across Aged Care initiatives;
c) Demonstrate recent applied ability to provide advice and support around the selection and assignment of technical staff for work undertaken;
d) Demonstrate recent applied ability to provide advice around and practically develop design and architecture type artefacts as required by the Executive;
Secondary Skills
e) Demonstrate recent applied ability to undertake troubleshooting and resolve complex production issues. This may also extend into advising and implementing platform scaling, monitoring of platform performance, service configuration and deployment actions/advice etc.;
f) Demonstrate recent applied ability to assure, verify and develop complex web service modelling including the preparing of service contract and interface mapping documents for web services;
g) Demonstrate recent applied ability to verify, assure and prepare unit test cases for web services;
h) Demonstrate recent applied ability to analyse, design, develop and maintain FMW solutions using XQuery, XSLT, FMW products (SOA Suite – OSB, BPEL, OWSM; OAG; Oracle Coherence; Oracle Weblogic Server, Oracle SAP JCA Adapter, ADF, ESS and Oracle Enterprise Repository (OER) / API Manager; and
i) Demonstrate recent and applied ability to undertake FMW solution design and assurance practices and operate within known technical delivery methodologies including agile, waterfall, Dev Ops etc. pertaining to technology projects – ideally with exposure to a breadth of technologies in addition to FMW e.g. .Net/Siebel/OPA
Other requirements
* The successful candidate is required to undertake police check to be conducted by client. Start date is subject to finalised police check. Unfavourable outcome may result to early termination of the contract.
* Baseline vetting Security Clearance is required for this role, however you may submit a candidate (Australian Citizen) whom is eligible to apply and hold Baseline security clearance.
