Job Description:
Responsible for managing Sales for the region. Accountable for growth in the regions, along with managing partner GTM and direct sales. Will be reporting to the SVP of Sales for the enterprise.


  • Responsible for revenue target for the region
  • Managing net new business Development and existing customers relationships
  • Channel management GTM experience
  • Pre-sales matrix management of the team
  • Expansion to net new customers logs.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partners in the region.
  • Manage all RTM and develop an expansion plan.
  • Has enterprise end-user account contacts
  • Ideally, from the storage industry, Cloud native understanding.


  • 15+ years of professional experience in leadership roles, software products Sales at scale. (SAAS, PAAS)/ELA.
  • Experience managing and growing cross-disciplinary organisations, including Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success. Managing multiyear rollout of the project.
  • Experience building and leading teams at global organisations.
  • Business Acumen and customer-facing skills
  • Direct customer management experience
  • Technical background along with Engineering Degree
  • Experience Enterprise account management
  • Experience building healthy, sustainable organisational culture.
  • Manage cross-functional matrix team.
  • Understanding of roles, methods, processes, and best practices for user-centred design at scale.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, driving commitment across teams and peers.
  • Confidence in an environment of cross-functional collaboration, partnership, and leadership.

  • Have experience in working with SI to develop playbooks for scale.
  • Knowledge of the Cloud industry and Cloud native plays.
  • Experience or desire to build a team.
  • Experience in building joint business plans in collaboration with other stakeholders.
  • Has worked in matrix organisations.
