Job Description:
We are currently seeking two experienced Business Analysts to join our team. As we are in the process of selecting a vendor for this project, the Business Analysts will play a crucial role in working closely with the vendor to conduct needs analysis, elicit requirements, and ensure a successful implementation of the project. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in digital programs or digital system replacement programs, with experience in Agile or waterfall methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in collaboration with the vendor and internal stakeholders to ascertain and formally record the business requirements for the project.
- Conduct workshops and meetings with a variety of stakeholders to gather information, clarify needs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create user stories and other relevant artifacts to effectively communicate requirements to the vendor and development team.
- Work closely with the vendor to define and refine the Proof of Concept (POC) and selection process.
- Utilize Atlassian toolkit, including Jira and Confluence, to manage project documentation, track progress, and collaborate with the team.
- Collaborate with the project manager and other team members to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Provide expertise and insights regarding the digital sector, contributing to the overall success of the project.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 to 7 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital programs or digital system replacement programs.
- Familiarity with Agile and waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt to project requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise requirements and user stories.
