  • Casual contract role for 6 Months with possible extensions (15+ Open roles)
  • Frankston (90% Remote – 10% Onsite) – Subject to change due to covid restrictions
  • 4 weeks of Full time (9.00 AM – 5.00 PM) training provided in Frankston
  • $32.55/hr incl Super and Casual loading
  • Experience required – Call Centre OR Retail Sector OR Customer Service Sector.
  • Minimum 20 Hours per week (2x 7.5hrs & 1x 5hrs), may require upto 40 hours a week during busy periods
  • Seeking True Temps, availability for extra hours and flexing
  • Aiming for start date of 6th September 2021
  • Laptop and other equipment will be provided by the client
  • Fast internet required while working from home

Key Skills / Responsibilities:

  • Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls
  • Provide a positive customer experience
  • Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communication
  • Accurately log all interactions in the internal database.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all consumers as well as internal and external stakeholders

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar customer service environment or Call Center role preferred
  • Have the flexibility to work with a rotating roster
  • Enjoy following processes and solving problems
  • Be motivated to provide great customer service to clients
  • Be able to demonstrate intermediate computer skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to navigate through multiple computer applications servicing customer interactions
  • Be able to work within a team environment
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Contact center experience highly regarded
  • Be able to work within a team environment
