  • Leading Utility Organisation l Great Culture l Flexible work arrangements due to Covid-19 restrictions
  • South Eastern Suburbs l 25 hours per week or 5 hours a day shift (part time role, ongoing opportunity with the view to convert to a permanent role)
  • Shift work on a rotating roster from Mon to Friday – 8am -1pm and 1pm-6pm

Key Skills / Responsibilities:

  • Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls
  • Provide a positive customer experience
  • Provide prompt, reliable and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communication
  • Accurately log all interactions in the internal database.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all consumers as well as internal and external stakeholders

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar customer service environment or Call Center role preferred
  • Have the flexibility to work with a rotating roster
  • Enjoy following processes and solving problems
  • Be motivated to provide great customer service to clients
  • Be able to demonstrate intermediate computer skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to navigate through multiple computer applications servicing customer interactions
  • Be able to work within a team environment
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Contact center experience highly regarded
  • Be able to work within a team environment
